We have developed this 4-Step process to insure that your website delivers exactly what you want and allows you to see your site come together step by step.
Step
1: Information Gathering
You will furnish the information
for your Website through a combination of interviews, marketing materials,
photos, brochures, spec sheets and other written material, so we can gain
an understanding of the project. We believe that successful website projects
can't happen without clear steps and guidelines to follow, to do this
we want to find out:
Marketing Specifications - determine your basic marketing focus issues:
Who is your audience?
What are the goals of the site?
General Specifications - What will the majority of your audience be using when they view your site:
Monitor Resolution(640x480, 800x 600,etc.)
Browser (Netscape, Explorer, Other)
Concept Specifications - Some initial direction on the look and feel:
What websites you like, don't like; why?
What feeling are you after with the site, Conservative? Fun?
Will the graphics be intensive, or more streamlined for quicker loading?
Do you want photo composite art or custom-made graphics?
Basic Specifications - What constraints do we have in getting the site done:

Time frame - deadline?
Step
2: Previewing Your Site
Now we build
a preview of your website from the information we have gathered from you.
This will allow you to see the layout, color, typeface and graphics of
the finished product.
Step
3: The Finished Product
After we've made the changes that you wanted, or any additions, your website
is then put online for your viewing
only.
Step
4: Going Online
When you are satisfied with the finished product, we launch your complete
site online and set up links. We can then submit your site to some of
the top search engines and website directories on the internet.
Because we at K.R.Consulting believe that pre-planning makes for a more
effective web site, we prefer to meet in person or by telephone to discuss
your needs. Schedules vary, but we can create many sites within two or
three weeks.
